 INTRODUCTION
You can do pinhole fotografy without know-
ing anything about pinhole fotografy, or
Orthodox Photography.
This manual has the basic information
about the way of pinhole for uncommitted
amateurs, artists who are allergic to tech-
nical information, elementary and high
school teachers, and anyone baffled by f-
stops, TL's, SLR's, RF's, and GTO's who
wants to learn photography without the
confusion of the immense amount of jargon
that abounds in photography.

 Introduction
Pinhole Fotografy
and Orthodox Photography
The most important difference between pin-
hole fotografy and the more conventional
"orthodox photography" is that a pinhole
camera does not use a lens and an ortho-
dox camera does. A pinhole camera uses
instead a very small, round hole, the pin-
hole, which makes an image that can be
captured by standard light-sensitive mate-
rials to make a photograph.
More important
than the differ-

pinhole and
orthodox pho-
tography is the
question; why
pinhole? There
